Through continued collaboration with students and KOOMPI users across our nation, we’ve determined that students from deep within the provinces lack the technical resources to become competitive in the global digital marketplace.

We’ve found that students have a great interest in learning about programming, so we’re determined to try even harder for them because we understand the Power of Coding and what it can do.

Recently at Barcamp Banteay Meanchey and through your input, we’ve decided to develop a new educational initiative called the “Power of Coding”.

The Power of Coding has one specific purpose, which is to introduce and engage the novice user into the fascinating world of coding and programming.

So we’ve put together a simple, user-friendly interface that allows everyone to learn about coding in a way that’s easily understood and enjoyable.

Programming code seems to control almost everything nowadays, and those who can write, maintain and modify programming code have special powers beyond the ordinary computer user.

We aim to do our best to hear and support Cambodian students wherever they may be, and whatever their situation.
